I know… I emailed you last week too. And normally I try to only pop into your inbox once every two weeks with my stories 😉.
But today, I mostly wanted to say thank you.
For reading my emails. For sometimes writing back. For following along, ordering something from us, or simply checking in every now and then to see what I’m up to this time.
It’s honestly one of my favourite parts of what I do.
We live in such a digital world. And while that can sometimes make us feel a little more disconnected, I also think it’s pretty special that it allows me to connect with you like this.
Because between being a mum, being in a relationship, running a business AND still finding some time to just be Faryel, I’ve learned that I really have to be mindful of where I spend my time and energy.
And yet, here I am, popping into your inbox with a little story.
And you can write back.
So please do. How are you? What are you up to at the moment? Is there anything in your life worth celebrating right now? I genuinely read every message I receive.
But anyway. There was another reason why I’m back in your inbox again so soon.
This Saturday, 29 August, Amsterdam Cupcake Company turns 15!
And I don’t want to celebrate that from behind my laptop.
So, for one day only, we’re opening the doors of our storefront again and turning it into a little pop-up.
So if you missed my last email, forgot about it, or thought oh yes, I still need to check that out:
