With the holiday season approaching, I know I sometimes send you quite a few emails (sorry! 🙈), but I promise you: this news truly deserved its own heartfelt message. Because I believe you might find this just as special as I do. As a luxurious gift, a Sinterklaas surprise, a Christmas present… or simply as a loving way to start your day.
If there’s one thing I — Faryel, the face behind Amsterdam Cupcake Company — wholeheartedly believe in, it’s that life is meant to be celebrated. Not only during the big moments with cakes and cupcakes, but especially in the small, intimate rituals of everyday life. And that is exactly why this new product fits so beautifully with me and with my brand that I wanted to devote a separate letter to it. Because it truly comes from the heart. ✨
Over the past months, I’ve been making not only cupcakes, cakes and other celebratory treats in my bakery, but also something else: artisanal, luxurious granola from the beautiful brand Naturally Granola, which I now hand-prepare myself. And the more I worked with it, the more I felt: I want to share this with you. Because I believe your mornings deserve a moment of love, attention, and indulgent luxury too… a small celebration for yourself, every single day.
This granola is everything you’re used to from me: handmade, full of high-quality ingredients, large chunky nut pieces, crunchy, luxurious, and — very special — free from added sugars, fully vegan, and free from direct gluten (made with oats: may contain traces of gluten). It’s truly a product that rises far above supermarket quality. Every batch is made with care, craftsmanship, and intention… just like my cakes and cupcakes.
And because we’re heading into the Sinterklaas and Christmas season, I couldn’t resist selecting a few of my personal favourite flavours — all perfectly suited to this time of year. I chose flavours that are not only delicious but feel like gifts in themselves:
